Dryad Global Ltd publishes this statement voluntarily, following the form of section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps we have taken, and continue to take, to prevent slavery and human trafficking in our business and our supply chains. It relates to the financial year 2026/2027.
Dryad Global Ltd ("Dryad Global", "we", "us") is a maritime risk intelligence company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF. We provide analyst-reviewed maritime security and risk intelligence to organisations operating in and around the maritime sector. We are a professional-services and technology business; we do not manufacture or trade physical goods.
Our supply chains are limited and consist mainly of:
We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships, and we expect the same standard from everyone we work with. Our relevant practices include fair recruitment and employment, arrangements for staff to raise concerns in confidence, and the standards we expect of our suppliers.
We assess the risk of slavery and human trafficking within our own operations to be low, given the nature of our business and our United Kingdom-based, professional workforce. We recognise that the wider maritime sector, including seafarer recruitment and labour conditions at sea, can carry higher risk. Our intelligence work gives us visibility of these issues, and we remain alert to them in our dealings.
We take steps to satisfy ourselves that those we work with share our commitment. These include selecting and reviewing suppliers with care, setting clear expectations in our working relationships, and acting on any concern raised with us.
We make our people aware of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking, and of how to raise a concern if they have one.
We review this statement and our approach at least once a year, and update them as our business and supply chains develop.
